Created by 2020 James Beard semi-finalist Chef Nicole Brisson, Bar Zazu in Resorts World Las Vegas showcases the spirits and flavors of Europe through cocktails and tapas in a lively, yet chic atmosphere. The intimate, yet upbeat restaurant features a thoughtful beverage program that highlights an array of gin libations that compliment Chef Brisson’s signature coastal Italian and Mediterranean fare. Throughout the venue, guests can enjoy immersive art showcasing “The Ladies of Zazu”, while live music plays nightly.
