Offer includes a discounted room rate and a daily $25 breakfast credit per room, per night for up to five (5) nights. Credit is valid for breakfast items charged to your room from the following participating outlets: Juniors, Dawg House, and NADC (Not Another Damn Chance)

Availability to redeem the breakfast credit at the applicable outlets is subject to operating hours and availability; blackout dates may apply. Any costs over and above the daily $25 breakfast credit will appear on your guest folio and are the responsibility of the guest. The credit will not show on your guest folio, but will be automatically applied. Unused breakfast credit will not be refunded, has no cash value, and may not be carried over to the next day or redeemed after check-out. The total cumulative credit per reservation shall not exceed $125. Breakfast credit varies by length of stay.

An initial deposit of the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

A daily resort fee of $55 per room plus applicable taxes will apply for each night of your stay. An additional deposit of $150 per room, per night will be required at check-in. Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your arrival date to receive a refund of your initial deposit. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior will forfeit the initial deposit.

Unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be combined, accumulated, or carried over to a subsequent day of your stay. In consideration of your participation in this offer, you, for yourself, your heirs, next of kin, assigns, executors, administrators, guardians and legal representatives (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”) agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Resorts World Las Vegas LLC, Genting Assets Inc., Peak Avenue Limited, Genting Berhad, and any of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, servants, employees, members, successors and/or assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from each and every claim, cause of action, damages, demands, loss, and expense, that the Releasing Parties have or may have against the Released Parties in any way arising out of or in connection with any potential exposure to COVID-19, including death or injury to your person, by reason of your participation in this offer.

You further expressly acknowledge and agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Nevada. By making a reservation pursuant to this offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing disclosure of risks and release of liability, you voluntarily accept those risks, the Releasing Parties agree to release the Released Parties from any and all liability that may arise in connection with any potential exposure to COVID-19, and you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this offer.
