An initial deposit of the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The daily resort fee of $55 per room, will be waived for each night of your stay when booked under this offer. Standard room rate taxes still apply and are not waived. An additional incidental deposit of $150 per room will be required at check-in for each night of your stay.

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your initial deposit. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Offer is subject to availability and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer. Offer is not valid for group bookings or existing reservations. Offer has no cash value.

Nightly rates are commissionable at 10% to valid IATA, ARC, CLIA, and TRUE/OSSN travel agencies. Other restrictions may apply. Resorts World Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, discontinue, or modify this offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: Risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness, including death. By visiting Resorts World Las Vegas and participating in this offer, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to any potential exposure to COVID-19. In consideration of your participation in this offer, you, for yourself, your heirs, next of kin, assigns, executors, administrators, guardians, and legal representatives (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”) agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Resorts World Las Vegas LLC, Genting Assets Inc., Peak Avenue Limited, Genting Berhad, and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, servants, employees, members, successors, and/or assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from each and every claim, cause of action, damages, demands, loss, and expense that the Releasing Parties have or may have against the Released Parties in any way arising out of or in connection with any potential exposure to COVID-19, including death or injury. You further expressly acknowledge and agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Nevada.

By making a reservation pursuant to this offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing disclosure of risks and release of liability, you voluntarily accept those risks, the Releasing Parties agree to release the Released Parties from any and all liability that may arise in connection with any potential exposure to COVID-19, and you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this offer.
