Dining credit is a one-time use per stay and does not vary by length of stay. Credit will not appear on your guest folio but will be automatically applied to eligible charges. Any costs over and above the dining credit will appear on your guest folio and are the responsibility of the guest. Unused dining credit will not be refunded and has no cash value. Dining credit may not be redeemed once guests have checked out. Availability to redeem dining credit at applicable outlets is subject to outlet hours and blackout dates.

An initial deposit of the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

A daily resort fee of $55 per room plus applicable taxes will apply for each night of your stay. An additional deposit of $150 per room will be required at check-in for each night of your stay. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your initial deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours will result in the initial deposit being forfeited.

By making a reservation pursuant to this offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing disclosure of risks and release of liability, you voluntarily accept those risks, the Releasing Parties agree to release the Released Parties from any and all liability that may arise in connection with any potential exposure to COVID-19, and you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this offer.
