Zamna Festival Joins a Weekend Card of High-Energy Events in Celebration of Mexican Independence Day

LAS VEGAS (Aug. 19, 2025) – Resorts World Las Vegas will become the ultimate destination for Fight Weekend, celebrating Mexican Independence Day with a dynamic lineup of events. Starting Wednesday, Sept. 10, the property will feature special programming, exclusive pool experiences and the highly anticipated Zamna Festival performances throughout the week. Allē Lounge on 66
From Friday, Sept. 12 to Sunday, Sept. 14, Allē Lounge on 66 will host a mixology event in collaboration with Casa Dragones and Licorería Limantour—one of Mexico City’s acclaimed World’s 50 Best Bars. In addition to the marquee event at Allē Lounge, featured specialty Tequila Casa Dragones cocktails will be available at select Resorts World Las Vegas venues, including Wally’s, Stubborn Seed, Eight Cigar Lounge and Here Kitty Kitty.

Bimini Lawn at the Resort Pool
On Saturday, September 13 from noon – 4 p.m., the Bimini Lawn will feature a pop-up taco stand serving pastor, asada and chicken tacos, paired with Corona and Patrón cocktails, as well as samples. A live DJ will set the vibe as guests enjoy the open-air setting. This exclusive experience will be available to all hotel guests and those who have cabana or daybed reservations.

Famous Foods
During Fight Weekend, Salad Jack’s will debut a limited-time menu featuring flavorful street-style favorites such as elotes, paletas, frutas locas and chicharrónes, on Saturday, Sept. 13 and Sunday, Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

¡VIVA!
¡VIVA!, the popular restaurant by Chef Ray Garcia, will host exciting brunches and themed events throughout Fight Weekend including:

  • Party Brunch – Guests will enjoy a high-energy brunch featuring signature dishes, Don Julio drink specials throughout the weekend and live mariachi entertainment on Saturday, Sept. 13 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • All Day Taco Tuesday – On Tuesday, Sept. 16, the celebration continues with flavorful tacos served at the All Day Taco Tuesday stand, along with music from a live DJ.
