GENTING REWARDS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL RULES
Eligibility: Offers are valid only for the Genting Rewards member and account to which the offer was issued and only during the dates and times specified in the applicable offer. The member must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification or a valid, unexpired passport upon request.
Member Use and Transferability: Genting Rewards membership, cards, Genting Points, rewards, invitations, offers, benefits, and all other items resulting from membership are personal to the member and are non-transferable. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, offers may not be sold, assigned, exchanged, combined with, or used in conjunction with any other promotion, special event, discount, benefit, or offer.
Value and Redemption: Offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except as expressly required by applicable law. Redemption of an offer without the qualifying gaming activity associated with the offer may affect the member’s eligibility for future offers. Offers received or issued in error are void and will not be honored.
Governing Rules: Each offer is subject to these Genting Rewards Terms and Conditions, applicable promotional offer rules, applicable Resorts World Las Vegas terms and conditions; policies and procedures; and house rules, and any additional terms printed or displayed with a specific offer. If a specific offer term conflicts with these Genting Rewards Terms and Conditions, the specific offer term controls with respect to that offer, subject to applicable law.
Management Rights: Resorts World Las Vegas (“RWLV”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to deny, refuse, cancel, suspend, terminate, reschedule, discontinue, or modify any Genting Rewards membership, membership benefit, offer, promotion, or event, subject to applicable law and regulatory approval where required. RWLV management’s interpretation and decisions regarding Genting Rewards membership, membership benefits, offers, promotions, or events are final, subject to applicable law and the patron-dispute procedures set forth in NRS 463.362 and Nevada gaming regulations.
GAMING OFFERS
Free Play: Free Play is valid for one-time activation and use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Genting Rewards Terms and Conditions, including the restriction on combining offers, apply to Free Play. Once activated, Free Play expires 24 hours after activation or at the expiration date and time identified in the applicable offer.
Hotel-Stay Requirement: Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, non-local Genting Rewards members must complete a qualifying hotel stay at RWLV during the specified offer dates to redeem Free Play, Free Bet, or Match Play.
Match Play and Free Bet Vouchers: Match Play and Free Bet vouchers are valid for one-time use on eligible even-money wagers at designated table games, as specified on the voucher. Match Play vouchers under $100 may be used at eligible Blackjack games only. These Genting Rewards Terms and Conditions, including the restrictions on combining offers, apply. Each voucher expires 48 hours after printing.
Pushes or Ties: If an eligible wager made with a Match Play or Free Bet voucher results in a push or tie, the voucher remains in active play for the next consecutive eligible hand until the wager results in a win or loss. Once placed into play, the voucher may not be removed, retained, transferred, or saved for later use.
HOSPITALITY AND DINING
Hotel Offers: Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and applicable blackout dates. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Unless expressly included in the applicable offer, the guest is responsible for resort fees, taxes, incidentals, gratuities, and any other charges associated with the stay.
Local Dining Credits: Dining credits issued to a local member’s Genting Rewards account may be redeemed at participating outlets by presenting the member’s Genting Rewards card and valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification, if requested, at the time of redemption.
Non-Local Dining Credits: Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, a qualifying Resorts World Las Vegas hotel stay is required to redeem a non-local dining credit. Eligible food and beverage purchases must be charged to the member’s qualifying hotel room folio during the applicable stay.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included and may not be paid using a dining credit unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Resorts World Las Vegas encourages responsible gaming. The National Problem Gambling Helpline provides call, text, and chat services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. ADDITIONAL GENTING REWARDS RULES
- Enrollment in Genting Rewards is subject to verification and approval by Resorts World Las Vegas. To enroll, an individual must be 21 years of age or older, present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification or a valid, unexpired passport upon request, and provide accurate, complete, and current enrollment information. Resorts World Las Vegas may refuse, deny, suspend, or terminate enrollment or membership if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Resorts World Las Vegas policies and procedures.
- Genting Rewards Las Vegas operates independently from all other Genting Rewards programs. Program points and benefits earned at Resorts World Las Vegas cannot be redeemed or recognized at Genting Rewards programs operating outside of Resorts World Las Vegas.
- A valid e-mail address is required for Genting Rewards Las Vegas membership. Each individual may maintain only one Genting Rewards account. Members may not create, register, use, or maintain multiple Genting Rewards accounts under the same or different personal information.
- Members may choose to receive recurring promotional and marketing communications from Resorts World Las Vegas and Genting Rewards through available enrollment, sign-up, or communication-preference channels, including, but not limited to, kiosks, mobile applications, websites, or other designated systems or locations. Consent to receive promotional or marketing communications is not required as a condition of Genting Rewards membership, purchase, gaming activity, or redemption of any offer at Resorts World Las Vegas.
- Members who opt in to receive marketing emails consent to receive recurring marketing emails from Resorts World Las Vegas and/or Genting Rewards. Members may withdraw consent to receive marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email, where available. Opting out of marketing emails may not prevent Resorts World Las Vegas or Genting Rewards from sending transactional, account, security, legal, or operational communications where permitted by applicable law.
- Members who opt in to receive SMS/text message marketing communications agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Resorts World Las Vegas and/or Genting Rewards at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive promotional or marketing communications is not required as a condition of Genting Rewards membership, purchase, gaming activity, or redemption of any offer at Resorts World Las Vegas. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Members may opt out of SMS/text message marketing communications at any time by replying STOP, where available, and may reply HELP for help. Opting out of promotional SMS/text messages may not prevent Resorts World Las Vegas or Genting Rewards from sending transactional, account, security, legal, or operational communications where permitted by applicable law.
- By enrolling, Genting Rewards members agree to receive security code verification through SMS messaging.
- Resorts World Las Vegas is not responsible for lost or stolen Genting Rewards cards, including the misuse of lost or stolen cards, offers, or rewards.
- The member is responsible for keeping their PIN confidential and secure and is responsible for any transactions accessed using the PIN, including those that are unauthorized by the member.
- Members may earn Genting Points through eligible slot and video poker machine play, eligible table games play, and qualifying purchases at participating retail and food and beverage outlets when the member’s Genting Rewards information is properly presented or recorded. Points earned vary by activity, game type, outlet, and other applicable criteria. Genting Points may not be earned on excluded games, machines, devices, wagers, promotions, outlets, transactions, or locations, including, but not limited to, certain specialty or restricted blackjack games, electronic table games, non-qualifying promotional play, gratuities/tips, taxes, resort fees, In Room Dining, Minibar, Guest Room Night Stay, and other excluded outlets, purchases, or activities as determined by Resorts World Las Vegas. - Point balances can be viewed through a variety of available channels, including, but not limited to, slot or video poker machines, kiosks, the Genting Rewards website, the Resorts World Las Vegas app, the Cashier’s Cage, Genting Rewards Club, or other designated systems or locations.
- Genting Points in an account will expire and be forfeited and deleted if there is no on-property point-earning activity in the account, or Genting Points are not used or redeemed, for a period of 6 months for Genting Rewards members who are at the Royal Tier level. Genting Points will expire after 12 months of no on-property point-earning activity for Genting Rewards members in the Elite, Prime, Monarch, Imperial, and Crockfords Club Tier levels.
- A maximum of 20,000,000 Genting Points can be earned through table games play per calendar year.
- Genting Rewards members may earn additional benefits by achieving higher tiers. Tiers can be achieved by earning Genting Tier Points. The Genting Tier Points required to achieve each Tier Level and a list of Tier benefits can be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage, Genting Rewards Club, or at www.rwlasvegas.com.
- The Tier earning year at RWLV is January 5 to January 4. The Genting Tier Points earned during this earning year period will determine the patron’s Tier Level for the next earning year. This period is known as the “Tier Level Earning Period” or “Tier Level Year.”
- Once a higher Tier Level is achieved, the higher Tier Level is valid for the remainder of the Tier Level Earning Period, as well as the duration of the following Tier Level Year.
- Only Genting Tier Points earned will be included in the Tier earning calculation. Genting Points earned due to any type of point earning boost, award, prize or reward, or similar are not included in the Tier Level earning.
- Point-earning boosts through Tier benefits only apply to eligible slot and video poker machines.
- Genting Rewards members are responsible for ensuring their Genting Rewards card or account information is properly entered, inserted, swiped, scanned, presented, or otherwise recorded, as applicable, when participating in eligible slot, video poker, or table games play. For table games, members must properly present their Genting Rewards card or account information to the dealer, pit personnel, or other authorized personnel so eligible play may be entered into the applicable table games rating system. Any loss of communication between a slot or video poker machine, table games rating system, or the Genting Rewards system may result in play not being rated and nullification of rewards for that play. Management reserves the right to adjust the account due to computer error, machine or device malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other errors, including, but not limited to, misuse of the Genting Rewards card.
- Genting Rewards members are responsible for presenting their Genting Rewards card at participating outlets during each payment transaction to ensure such transaction is properly recorded and applied towards a member’s earned Genting Points. Should a member forget to present their Genting Rewards card before the close of a point-of-sale transaction, Genting Points cannot be retroactively added to the Genting Rewards account.
- Genting Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or any other representative of value, except as expressly required by applicable law.
- Genting Rewards members participating in select incentive programs provided through Resorts World Las Vegas Resort Marketing services will not be eligible to earn Genting Points.
- A complete set of current Genting Rewards Terms and Conditions, and any amendments thereto, will be made available at the Cashier’s Cage, Genting Rewards Club, and at www.rwlasvegas.com.
- Any Genting Rewards account discrepancies should be immediately reported to Cashier’s Cage or Genting Rewards Club personnel for review and determination if eligible for correction.
- Genting Rewards members should notify Cashier’s Cage or Genting Rewards Club at Resorts World Las Vegas of any name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number changes to continue receiving information on Resorts World Las Vegas or Genting Rewards offers, benefits, or other promotions.
- All applicable taxes relating to awards received by the Genting Rewards member shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
- Genting Rewards members may be eligible for other promotions, incentives, and/or real-time rewards that operate in association with the Genting Rewards program. All rules, conditions, and procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the official rules of each specific associated promotion.
- Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities through a government program, on their own request, or at the sole discretion of Resorts World Las Vegas are not eligible to participate in Genting Rewards.
- Team members of Resorts World Las Vegas are ineligible for membership in Genting Rewards as defined in the Resorts World Las Vegas Team Member Gaming Policy.
