LAS VEGAS (Oct. 30, 2025) – This November, Resorts World Las Vegas invites guests to celebrate the season with festive holiday menus, immersive Race Week experiences, world-class entertainment, Black Friday specials and more. From globally inspired Thanksgiving feasts to exclusive culinary collaborations and nightlife events, the property promises unforgettable moments all month long.

Thanksgiving Menus
This Thanksgiving, Resorts World will honor the season of gratitude with dining offerings that showcase its signature global cuisines. Guests can savor a coastal Italian Thanksgiving buffet at Brezza for $65 per person, featuring dishes like butternut squash and pear bisque, citrus-brined turkey and seasonal pies. For a festive twist, RedTail pairs game-day excitement with a holiday buffet for $65 plus an all-you-can-drink option for $30, featuring a turkey carving station, smoked turkey legs, candied yams and Cincinnati turkey chili.

Kusa Nori – Culinary Collaboration: Taste of Tokushima
On Friday, Nov. 14, Kusa Nori will host Taste of Tokushima, a one-night-only specialty dinner spotlighting Tokushima Mitsuboshi Beef—Japan’s first JGAP-certified, three-star wagyu producer. Priced at $225 per person, this exclusive multi-course experience pairs premium sake from Dassai and wines from Kenzo Estate with Tokushima’s finest ingredients. Full menu here.
Genting Palace – Dim Sum Brunch
Genting Palace brings the art of Cantonese cuisine to life with the launch of its new Dim Sum Brunch, offered every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can savor handcrafted bites that reflect the elegance of fine Asian dining and showcase the timeless flavors for which the restaurant is known. Sun’s Out Buns Out – Returns with 24/7 Dining
Sun’s Out Buns Out returns with 24-hour service and a refreshed menu featuring American classics and fan favorites, such as poutine fries, short rib sandwiches and egg-filled buns. New additions include the Soft Scramble, Roast Turkey & Swiss Sandwich, SOBO Cheeseburger, SOBO Salad with Chicken and Loaded Fries.
Seasonal Menus
This fall, select restaurants are introducing new dishes that celebrate the flavors of the season. Participating restaurants include:
- FUHU – Known for its vibrant atmosphere and inventive Asian fusion cuisine, FUHU’s refreshed menu features bold seasonal highlights such as Bluefin Tuna Tartare ($32), Return of the Dragon Roll ($30), Blackhawk Wagyu Fillet ($75), Char Siu Pork Belly ($40), and Hainan Lobster ($85).
- Brezza – The coastal Italian restaurant led by Chef Nicole Brisson welcomes autumn with an enhanced menu showcasing vibrant fall flavors. Guests can savor new dishes like Heritage Squash Agnolotti and Skuna Bay Salmon Di Zucca.

Resorts World and Oak View Group invite guests to experience the thrills of the race from one of the most coveted vantage points on the circuit: Turn 12. Positioned at the sharpest and most action-packed corner of the track, this ultra-exclusive hospitality suite will offer a front row seat to all the intensity and drama of race night.
This year, Club SI’s culinary offerings will be as elevated as its views. On Thursday, Nov. 20, guests will enjoy a “greatest hits” menu featuring fan-favorite bites from Famous Foods Street Eats and ¡VIVA!. Friday will showcase the best of Resorts World’s dining destinations, with selections from Kusa Nori and Wally’s. On Saturday, the experience will reach its peak with live culinary presentations from some of Resorts World’s most celebrated chefs, including Shaun Hergatt, Nicole Brisson and Billy Cheng, as well as cocktails crafted by Giorgio Bargiani of London’s Connaught Bar.
Giorgio Bargiani Mixology Event at Allē Lounge on 66
Thursday, Nov. 20, 5 p.m. – Midnight | Friday & Saturday, Nov. 21 – 22 | 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Giorgio Bargiani, Assistant Director of Mixology of the internationally acclaimed The Connaught Bar in London, will take over Allē Lounge on 66 for a three-night pop-up event. Perched 66 floors above The Strip, this exclusive experience will bring the artistry and elegance of one of the globe’s most celebrated cocktail destinations to Las Vegas.
Guests will enjoy a curated menu of signature cocktails, including Bargiani’s famed tableside Martini, complemented by elevated small bites and live cocktail demonstrations. This intimate setting will offer a rare opportunity to sip and savor with one of the industry’s most acclaimed mixologists.
Big Deal for One Drop Poker Tournament
Friday, Nov. 21 | Allē Lounge on 66
The Big Deal for One Drop, a philanthropic poker tournament created by Guy Laliberté, founder of Cirque du Soleil, Lune Rouge, and the One Drop Foundation, returns to Resorts World during Race Week. Hosted at Allē Lounge on 66, the event kicks off with a welcome reception at 11 a.m., followed by cards in the air at noon.
Players will buy in for $5,300, with $1,000 supporting One Drop’s mission to provide safe water access worldwide, and $4,000 going toward the prize pool. Re-buys and add-ons will be available for $1,000, making this exclusive tournament a chance to play for both purpose and prestige.

On Saturday, Nov. 15, leading comedic actor, producer, and director Martin Lawrence will make his venue debut for a one-night-only stand-up performance of the “Y’all Still Know What It Is” tour at the Resorts World Theatre.
