LAS VEGAS (April 9, 2026) – This May, Resorts World Las Vegas rolls out a vibrant lineup of spring offerings featuring curated Mother’s Day dining, refined seasonal food and beverage activations, immersive nightlife, and marquee entertainment across the property. Anchoring the month’s programming is The Conrad Complete, the Las Vegas Strip’s first luxury inclusive offering, providing guests with a seamless, elevated way to experience the resort’s signature blend of luxury, culture and energy all summer long. 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Mother’s Day Menus
This Mother’s Day, Resorts World Las Vegas celebrates the occasion with complimentary roses at select venues and a curated selection of dining experiences across the property, ranging from elegant prix fixe menus and brunch options to indulgent seasonal desserts. Highlights include a luxurious prix fixe offering at Kusa Nori for $98.88 per person and Stubborn Seed adds a sweet touch with its dessert special, Mother’s Garden, crafted with rose meringue, berry compote, and blueberry butterfly tea ice cream, priced at $16. At Genting Palace, guests can experience a special brunch showcasing Asian specialties alongside traditional brunch favorites, and the evening will feature a four‑course Mother’s Day dinner menu. Guests can also celebrate with The Royal Pour, an opulent afternoon tea service complete with a photo-op moment, starting at $65 per person.

The Royal Pour – Afternoon Tea
Now available at Crockfords Las Vegas, The Royal Pour offers a contemporary take on the timeless tradition of afternoon tea. Hosted every Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Crockfords’ private lounge, the experience, priced at $65 per person, features curated tea selections alongside Champagne and bespoke cocktails, complemented by an elegant assortment of savory bites, freshly baked scones and decadent pastries. Live instrumental performances elevate the serene setting, while complimentary valet parking at Crockfords Las Vegas ensures a seamless and sophisticated arrival.

¡VIVA! – La Vida Latin Night and La Brunch
This spring, ¡VIVA! introduces new ways to experience the restaurant’s bold flavors and vibrant energy, from lively patio evenings to upbeat daytime brunches celebrating Latin culture through music and cuisine.

  • Beginning Thursday, April 30, La Vida Latin Night brings the rhythm to ¡VIVA!’s patio every Thursday from 6 to 11 p.m., turning the space into an open‑air celebration fueled by live music, DJ sets and nonstop dancing. Guests are invited to move, mingle and immerse themselves in the sound and spirit of Latin nights, with live performances by Corazon Entertainment, salsa dancing and interactive moments keeping the energy high from start to finish. Throughout the evening, a lineup of regional Mexican favorites — from handmade corn masa tortillas to enchiladas de langosta, barbacoa, tostadas, and more—grounding the evening in bold, authentic flavors. Table reservations are recommended.
  • Starting Saturday, May 2, La Brunch debuts as a high‑energy weekend offering every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at ¡VIVA!. The daytime experience pairs bold, Latin‑inspired cuisine with a lively atmosphere driven by DJ sets, roaming musicians and dancers weaving throughout the space. Music and movement remain front and center throughout the afternoon, bringing ¡VIVA!’s Latin rhythm and social spirit to brunch service.

Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den – High Fidelity Fridays
Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den sets the soundtrack for May with High Fidelity Fridays, a vinyl‑only DJ series delivering elevated late‑night energy through a rotating roster of DJs, specialty dishes and an immersive speakeasy atmosphere. Beginning May 1, the sultry venue transforms into a lush, island‑inspired hideaway, layered with cascading tropical florals, woven textures, rattan lanterns, and playful beachside accents—creating a transportive, tropical setting.
