FUHU at Resorts World Las Vegas Debuts New Dinner Menu, Weekend Brunch and Zouk Nightclub Package

LAS VEGAS (August 26, 2026) — FUHU at Resorts World Las Vegas is ushering in a new era of social dining with the launch of a refreshed dinner menu, the return of weekend brunch on Sept. 12 and a new dining-and-nightlife package with Zouk Nightclub. Together, the offerings reinforce FUHU as one of The Strip’s premier dining destinations, where bold contemporary Asian cuisine, vibrant energy and immersive design set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

New Dinner Menu
The refreshed dinner menu features a collection of signature dishes designed for sharing. Each dish showcases contemporary Asian flavors with elevated presentations that complement FUHU’s lively atmosphere, including:
- Ahi Poke Tacos featuring sesame-marinated ahi tuna in a crispy nori shell.
- Pork Belly Bao Buns with char siu pork belly, house pickles and hoisin sauce.
- Crispy Hokkaido Scallops wrapped in crispy kataifi and served with kaffir coconut sauce.
- Robatayaki Filet Skewers glazed with tare and accented with yuzu kosho.
- FUHU Rainbow Crunch Roll layered with crab, tuna, salmon, hamachi and shrimp, finished with tobiko and spicy ponzu.
The Return of Brunch
Beginning Sept. 12, FUHU will welcome guests for weekend brunch every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., serving a menu of playful brunch favorites alongside signature Asian-inspired specialties. Highlights include:
- Matcha Mochi Pancakes topped with candy ginger chantilly and Japanese whisky maple syrup.
- Wagyu Beef Omurice combining a fluffy jidori egg omelet with wagyu fried rice and truffle oma sauce.
- Dim Sum Basket featuring a selection of bao, dumplings, har gow and king crab shu mai.
- Duck and Waffle pairing crispy five-spice duck confit with a garlic-chive waffle and orange hoisin glaze.
- Panthera French Toast layered with pandan coconut pastry cream, tropical fruits and kaffir lime lemongrass syrup.
Pilates and Brunch Package
For a wellness-forward start to the weekend, FUHU is partnering with AYU Dayclub and The Good Place to introduce a Pilates and brunch offering every Saturday starting Sept. 19. Guests who book the 10 a.m. mat Pilates class at AYU Dayclub will receive a prix fixe brunch at FUHU, bringing together movement and indulgence for the ultimate Saturday morning. The package is available for $50 per person. Space is limited, and reservations are recommended.
Dinner and Nightlife Package
Extending the evening beyond the dinner table, FUHU’s new Dinner & Table Package combines a curated meal with VIP access to Zouk Nightclub. Available on Zouk operating nights, the package includes dinner at FUHU, expedited nightclub entry, a reserved table and one bottle for the group.
Designed for celebrations and social gatherings, packages start at $800 for up to four guests, excluding taxes and gratuity. Additional guests may be added for $100 per person, and dinner reservations can accommodate parties of up to 10 guests.
