LOADING DOCK ACCESS REQUEST FORM

Kindly complete this form to request loading dock access for event deliveries, load-in, and load-out at Resorts World Las Vegas.

Dock access must be requested in advance and is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Resorts World with your assigned dock slip.

DOCK GUIDELINES

• All deliveries must be scheduled in advance through the Catering & Conference Services team.
• Only commercial vehicles are permitted at the loading docks. Personal and residential vehicles are not allowed.
• Vehicle information, including the driver’s name and contact details, must be submitted in advance.
• Each vehicle is allotted up to two hours at the dock unless otherwise approved.
• Dock bays are limited during operational hours. All bays are available outside of operating hours.
• Vehicles must depart the dock immediately once loading or unloading is complete.
• Parking or staging vehicles at the dock is not permitted.

DOCK OPERATIONAL HOURS

• Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

DOCK INFORMATION

Main Dock

• During operating hours, only Dock Bays 7, 8, and 9 are available

Rose / Zouk Dock

• During operating hours, only Dock Bay 1 is available
• Maximum truck size: 24 feet

SECURITY & ACCESS

• All vendors and contractors working in back-of-house areas must be badged by Security before loading or unloading.
• Anyone without proper badging may be removed from the property.

CLEAN-UP RESPONSIBILITY

• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, debris, pallets, packaging, equipment, and other materials after load-in and load-out.
• Any items left behind or excessive mess may result in a clean-up fee charged to the vendor and/or group.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Dock space is limited and available on a first-request basis.
• Vehicles that exceed their approved dock time may be subject to an overage fee of $250 per half hour.
