Children age 3 and older require a full-price ticket for entry. Any child younger than the age of 3 may enter without a ticket but must remain on the lap of the ticket holder. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Patrons under the age of 21 are not allowed to consume alcohol or loiter in gaming areas of the resort.

Yes, re-entry is permitted. Guests will be required to scan their ticket upon exiting the theatre which will enable them re-enter. The re-entry policy may change depending on the event.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the theatre. Guests wish to smoke will need to exit the Theatre and smoke in the Casino.

If an event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. Web purchases will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that the artist, AEG Presents, Resorts World Theatre, Resorts World Las Vegas or other show promoter are not responsible for hotel, travel or other expenses related to the cancellation of a performance. If an event is postponed, guests should retain their tickets to use for the rescheduled date.

A no bag policy is in effect for all events at Resorts World Theatre. Guests are only permitted to bring in one wallet-sized clutch no larger than ( 9” x 5” x 2”), medical bags or parenting/diaper bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted. Resorts World Theatre is located in the southwest part of the casino. It’s located just off the casino floor and directly across from the main hotel parking garage.

Yes, there are restrooms available on all levels inside the theatre.

Resorts World Las Vegas offers paid parking at a flat rate of $18 per day. Convenient valet parking is also available, starting at $40. Patrons are encouraged to park in the guest parking garage off Goh Tong Way and Sammy Davis Jr. Valet and Rideshare options are available off Goh Tong Way at South Valet.

Self-parking is complimentary for all guests from May 30, 2025 until August 28, 2025.

Lost items will be turned into the Guest Services counter inside the theatre lobby during the show. After the show concludes, items will be held at the Resorts World Theatre for 14 days.

In a seated configuration, the capacity for Resorts World Theatre is 4,703. The theatre has four levels of seating: Front Orchestra, Rear Orchestra, Mezzanine, and Balcony levels.

There are full-service bars located on all levels of the theatre.  All bars and concession outlets located inside the theatre are strictly CASHLESS.

Food is not served in the theatre, but snacks will be available for purchase. The hotel has multiple dining options that are available pre and post show.

Outside food or beverage is not permitted inside the theatre.

All doors can accommodate ADA guests and their devices. We encourage our ADA guests to use the VIP door due to the shorter line.

All restrooms in the lobbies have accessible stalls, and family restrooms are available on all floors.

Elevators are located behind the escalators/stairs leading from the main level to the second floor. To access the elevators, go behind these escalators/stairs, and take a left at the merchandise counter.

ADA parking is available in both guest garages on each level. The Hilton guest garage located off of Resorts World Ave is closest to the theatre. Guests can also use the Hilton or main casino valets.

Guests parking in the garage off of Resorts World Ave will immediately exit the parking garage elevators and see the lobby area for the theatre. Guests utilizing the Casino valet will go left once they see Dawghouse. Guests using the Hilton Valet will make a right once they enter the main gaming floor area. No matter your entry point, overhead signage is located throughout Resorts World to help direct guests to the theatre.
