Every desert has its legends, and Miss Loretta is ours. Half rabbit, half antelope, and entirely fabulous, the elusive jackalope has been spotted for years at the edge of the dance floor, always in the best outfit in the room and always gone before last call. She has a taste for glittering nights, a soft spot for heartbreak songs, and a reputation for making trouble wherever she lands.

The cocktail menu is just as spirited, with 11 signature cocktails whose names are as cheeky as Miss Loretta herself, from Emotional Support Cowboy and Pretty When I Cry to Pearls Before Yeehaw and High Noon, Low Expectations. Many arrive with a little theater of their own, like a crown of cotton candy or a shimmering smoke-filled bubble, made to be photographed before they’re sipped.
