An initial deposit of the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
A daily resort fee of $55 per room plus applicable taxes will apply for each night of your stay. An additional deposit of $150 per room will be required at check-in for each night of your stay. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your initial deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours will result in the initial deposit being forfeited.

You further expressly acknowledge and agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Nevada.
By making a reservation pursuant to this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing disclosure of risks and release of liability, you voluntarily accept those risks, you or the Releasing Parties agree to release the Released Parties from any and all liability that may arise in connection with any potential exposure to COVID-19, and you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Offer.
