My World, My Offer – Offer Match Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Request for offer matches through the Resorts World Las Vegas (“RWLV”) My World, My Offer – Offer Match Promotion (“The Promotion”) must be received by November 30, 2021.  But stay dates may extend beyond this and will be listed in any extended offers.
  2. If applicable, book by dates, stay by dates and any other requirements for a matched offer will be communicated in response to offer match request.
  3. Participation in The Promotion is only open to invited members and is non -transferrable.
  4. A Genting Rewards membership with a working phone number, email and mailing address is required to be eligible for the promotion.
  5. Offers from competing Luxury Las Vegas Strip properties that meet the minimum threshold of Complimentary rooms, Free Play and/or Resort Credits will be considered to be matched.
  6. RWLV is not obligated to extend an offer match to all requestors, and it may refuse to match an offer in whole or entirely from any requestor for any competing offer or promotion for any reason regardless of the validity of the competing offer.
  7. RWLV at its sole discretion will evaluate the relative value of competing offers, taking into account resort quality, reputation and offer strength. A requestor with an offer match request from a resort with a lessor reputation or lower value as indicated by rankings, ratings from various agencies as well as average room rate may receive no offer match at all or an offer match at RWLV with reduced offer components as compared to the submitted match offer.
  8. Offer matches are at the sole and complete discretion of RWLV and are tailored to the requestor based on several factors and there may be differences in offer matches extended to different requestors for the same competing offer.
  9. RWLV may extend offers and promotions outside the bounds of the parameters dictated here at its discretion.
  10. Offers from on-line or app/web based casinos or games, even if affiliated with a brick and mortar casino are not eligible for offer match consideration.
  11. Offer elements that will be considered for match, but are not necessarily guaranteed are: Complimentary Nights, Dining or Resort Credits , and/or Free Slot play.
  12. Promotional chips will not be included in matched offer benefits, however other elements may be substituted at the discretion of RWLV.
  13. Offer match request should be submitted to [email protected] and must include all of the following components:
    1. A valid legible image of the offer with the required components as defined below
    2. Requested stay dates or acceptable ranges
    3. Guests Genting Rewards number
  14. A photo of requestors competing loyalty program card with requestors name and id # is preferred if possible, but a match request without this may still be considered at discretion of RWLV.
  15. Only one offer match per household is allowed under this promotion.
  16. The required components of the legible image of the competing offer that must be provided in a My World, My Offer Match Request are:
    1. Guests current loyalty club number of the Luxury Las Vegas Strip Property
    2. Guests first and last name
    3. Offer valid dates
    4. Property name
    5. Clearly defined complimentary offerings with an obvious value
    6. Photos of a physical direct mail or digital piece or a forwarded email piece can both be considered
  17. All requested details must be easily readable and have no evidence of tampering or modifications to original offer.
  18. Some match offers may come with minimum gaming play requirements that must be met to not incur charges or to receive full offer benefits  (this would be communicated clearly to guest ahead of time)
  19. Free Play match requests above $1,000 will typically require a threshold at RWLV be hit for full or incremental match free play to be earned.
  20. Free Play and any other dining credit or offer components will be valid for 7 days from issuance, unused amounts will be forfeited.
  21. Dining or Resort Credit will be redeemable using your Genting Rewards card at outlet, signing of meals to room will not automatically apply credit.
  22. Requests for special event invite matches such as New Years, Gaming tournaments and more can also be submitted as considering to entry into a RWLV invited event.
  23. Typically match my offer requests should receive a reply within 5-7 business days. But the response to offer match request is not guaranteed to be in this time frame.
  24. Guests must comply with and observe all rules and regulations for Genting Rewards Las Vegas Membership to eligible for and use this promotion and any benefits it provides.
  25. Must present valid credit card at check-in.  Resort fees may be applied to complimentary rooms depending on offer.
  26. Additional proof of offer authenticity or previous competitor resort activity such as win/loss statements or other invites may be requested for verification in some cases.
  27. Any attempt to defraud, mislead or misrepresent offer details or intent could result in revocation of RWLV Genting Rewards Membership and all benefits and offers.
  28. Participants must be an invited Genting Rewards member and at least 21 years of age. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice.
  29. Resorts World Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, discontinue or modify this event at Management’s sole discretion.
  30. This offer is not valid consecutively with or in conjunction with any other offer.
  31. A valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in. Guests may be subject to a nightly resort fee. 
  32. Participation is based on availability and casino qualifications, blackout dates may apply.
  33. The decisions of Resorts World Las Vegas management regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding, subject to NRS 463.362.
