Hotel Packages

Packages are based on availability and subject to change. Offers are restricted to a maximum number of reservations and are not valid on any group booking or for existing reservations. Packages may not be combined with any other discount and/or promotional offer. Any additional night(s), before the arrival date and/or after the departure date, may be booked at Resorts World Las Vegas’ prevailing rate.
This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This offer is the property of Resorts World Las Vegas and cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without the prior written approval of Resorts World Las Vegas. Offer is not available to employees of Resorts World Las Vegas or its affiliates.
Resorts World Las Vegas management reserves the right to revise, limit availability or discontinue the package offer at any time.

Prices

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. A deposit for the entire stay, including room and Clark County Room Tax of 13.38% will be charged at the time of booking. Rates are based on double occupancy. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until package is paid in full. Reservations made with declined or invalid credit cards are subject to cancellation. After package is paid in full, package price is subject to change due to imposition of applicable taxes or other governmental requirements.
The cost for each package booked is also inclusive of one (1) MrBeast “mystery bag”, as a premium gift with purchase. Each MrBeast mystery bag will be stocked with select MrBeast branded merchandise, and for one (1) lucky guest, the MrBeast mystery bag will also contain a $10,000 gift voucher, redeemable for cash at Resorts World Las Vegas. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) guest who purchases the package will receive a MrBeast mystery bag containing both MrBeast branded merchandise and the $10,000 gift voucher. All other guests purchasing the package will receive a MrBeast mystery bag containing just the MrBeast branded merchandise.
Package prices are all-inclusive and cannot be broken down into individual component pricing.
Costs not included in the package price: Daily Resort Fees, parking (self and valet), hotel extra-person or extra-bed charges, incidentals (e.g., minibar, in-room movies, laundry, long-distance telephone calls, beverages, meals, sundries), gratuities, transportation, sightseeing, or any other items or services not included as a component or feature of the package.
The Daily Resort Fee charge added to all reservations and paid separate is $50 plus tax per night. This includes guest internet access; smart TV casting ability; 10% off spa or fitness retail; 5% off spa or fitness treatments; 5% off cabana experience; 5% off 2 pool chair experience; unlimited local and toll-free calls; Access to 7000+ top newspapers and magazines from over 300 countries using the PressReader app.

Booking Procedures

Packages may only be booked online at Resorts World Las Vegas’ designated promotional page, and cannot be booked over the phone or through any third party platform.
Reservations are not accepted until confirmed by a confirmation number.
You understand that Resorts World Las Vegas collects, stores, and otherwise processes personal information about its guests and visitors related to their reservation, stay, and other interactions with us during their visit, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. Reservation Information

All package bookings must list the first and last name of the adult guest(s) occupying the guest hotel room.
Name changes are not permitted; reservations and package components are nontransferable.

Cancellation Policy

Package bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and cancellation will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Resort Check-In/Check-Out

Guest must be 21 years of age or older at the time of check-in. A valid credit card is due upon check-in at the hotel for incidentals.
Standard check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. During peak periods, check-in may be delayed. All times referenced below are in US/Pacific Time, local hotel time.
Check-ins prior to 4 p.m. and check-outs after 11 a.m. are subject to availability and additional fees.
Guests will be required to show a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The government-issued photo ID may be required to match the name used on the reservation confirmation.
Preferred room type, location and specific amenities are on a request basis only as rooms are not assigned until check-in.
No show room nights shall be deemed used and shall not be re-scheduled or refunded. Any unused room nights shall not be accrued for later use by guest.
Check-out prior to your scheduled departure date will result in an additional charge of $100 plus tax.

Guests with Disabilities

For guests with disabilities who require accessible accommodations, specific information and assistance can be requested through Resorts World Las Vegas regarding accessible room availability, bedding options, amenities, restrictions, and advance reservation notice requirements. All accommodations are subject to availability.

Smoking Policy

Marijuana is prohibited anywhere on property and Marijuana use in the room/suite will result in a $750 per room cleaning fee. Smoking of Cigarettes/Vapes is prohibited within the room/suite and will result in a $750 per room cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

Resorts World Las Vegas is excited and prepared to accommodate your dog. Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 40 pounds. A charge of $150 per day plus tax will be applied to your room account. Additional charges may apply for any excessive cleaning or damage. Applicable Law, Binding Arbitration, and Responsibility

It is agreed by and between you and Resorts World Las Vegas, that all claims, disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with your booking and these policies and procedures shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law).
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to your booking and these policies and procedures are to be settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect). Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees. The arbitration award may not grant any relief that may not be granted under Nevada law. The prevailing party in any arbitration, action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to your booking and these policies and procedures shall be entitled to all costs incurred, including, but not limited to, all reasonable costs of the arbitration and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses. This parties shall not preclude the parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction, nor shall this clause be deemed to limit the Parties’ rights to obtain injunctive relief. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither (A) Resorts World Las Vegas LLC nor (B) Off Ones Base LLC aka MrBeast shall be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury (including without limitation personal injury or illness), or any damage caused or arising in connection with customer’s travel or other services or products provided at Resorts World Las Vegas, including but not limited to, any transportation, accommodations, attractions, meals, or other services, including without limitation cancellation or rescheduling due to any acts of God, weather, strikes, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, epidemics, pandemics, the spread of infectious diseases, quarantines or any other circumstances beyond our control.
You are liable for all damage to the guest room caused by you or your guests during your stay. Pursuant to Nevada’s Innkeepers Statutes, Resorts World Las Vegas is not responsible for the theft, loss, damage, or destruction of any property, money, jewelry, documents, clothing, or articles brought on the premises or left in the guest room or guest room safe during or after a stay.
Exhibiting and/or sale of goods, products, or services are not permitted in guest rooms at Resorts World Las Vegas.
A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Resorts World Las Vegas, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
