ONE Leehom Wang

Known for his musical style of fusing Chinese elements (including Beijing opera and Chinese classical orchestra) with hip-hop and R&B, Leehom has contributed to 25 albums and is a four time winner of the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards; the Taiwanese Grammys.

Leehom became the first singer who performed a live concert in the Beijing National Stadium with his Music-Man II: Open Fire concert. The show continued to tour in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Singapore, Malaysia and many other cities.

As well as being a musician, Leehom has also acted in many films, including Ang Lee’s Lust and Caution and Jackie Chan’s Little Big Soldier. He was one of the torchbearers for the Beijing 2008 Olympics and London Olympics 2012, and performed in the Olympics closing ceremony in Beijing. He was listed as one of Goldsea’s ‘100 Most Inspiring Asian Americans of All Time’.
